Neat cap, and one I'm leaning towards being manufactured by Greiling & Co, FELINA, Frankfurt a. Main. I owned it's twin for several years with the remains of the stamp on the lining, but the big tell is the grommets and overall manufacturing method.
Again, a very cool cap.
